Brief: Get Disneyland Paris’s unengaged Cast Members (employees) to embrace the resort's vision for 2020 and transform their mindset to be more collaborative, curious, nimble and accountable.


Response: Cast Members were tired of being bombarded with boring, serious and corporate ‘motivational’ talks and videos. So we grabbed their attention with a series of tongue-in-cheek infomercials that promised miracle mindset cures.
